Perfect Pasta Salad with Peppers & Zucchini

Ingredients


  • 1 cup of Hellmann’s Mayonnaise with Olive Oil 
  • 500g fusilli pasta 
  • 6 cups of various vegetables (red & yellow peppers, baby marrow, red onion)
  • 1/3 cup of Kalamata olives
  • 1 cup of chopped basil  
  • 2 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar 
  • A couple of cracks of black pepper

Directions


  1. Start by mixing your Hellmann’s Mayonnaise with Olive Oil with black pepper and balsamic vinegar.
  2. Boil your pasta. 
  3. Chop up your assortment of vegetables (red & yellow peppers, baby marrow, red onion) and grill them until they are done just the way you like them.
  4. Combine all of your delicious ingredients together in a large serving bowl, cover the top with a layer of plastic wrap and store it in the fridge until you serve it.
