- 1 cup of Hellmann’s Mayonnaise with Olive Oil
- 500g fusilli pasta
- 6 cups of various vegetables (red & yellow peppers, baby marrow, red onion)
- 1/3 cup of Kalamata olives
- 1 cup of chopped basil
- 2 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar
- A couple of cracks of black pepper
- Start by mixing your Hellmann’s Mayonnaise with Olive Oil with black pepper and balsamic vinegar.
- Boil your pasta.
- Chop up your assortment of vegetables (red & yellow peppers, baby marrow, red onion) and grill them until they are done just the way you like them.
- Combine all of your delicious ingredients together in a large serving bowl, cover the top with a layer of plastic wrap and store it in the fridge until you serve it.
