Laid Back Gammon

Ingredients
  • 200 g of Cooked Gammon, sliced
  • 80 ml of Hellmann's Light Mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbsp. (15ml) of English Mustard, as desired
  • 60 g of Salad Leaves
  • 1 Tomato, sliced
  • 1 French Baguette
Directions
  1. Place the gammon slices with a spoonful of English mustard mixed with a dollop of Hellmann's Light Mayonnaise into the baguette
  2. Top with salad leaves and the sliced tomato.
  3. Cut the baguette in half and serve.
