- 500g of Potatoes
- 5 tsp. (25ml) of Low Fat Milk
- 1 tsp. (5ml) of English Mustard (optional)
- 1 Tbsp. (15ml) of Hellmann's Original Mayonnaise
- 60g of Cheddar Cheese, grated
- 3 Spring Onions
- Cook the potatoes in boiling water for 20 minutes.
- When they are cooked, mash them up.
- Add the milk, Hellmann’s Original Mayonnaise and mustard.
- Mix well with the cheddar and spring onions, and serve.
