Cheesy Mashed Potato

Serves: 4 
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Cook Time: 20 minutes

  • 500g of Potatoes
  • 5 tsp. (25ml) of Low Fat Milk
  • 1 tsp. (5ml) of English Mustard (optional) 
  • 1 Tbsp. (15ml) of Hellmann's Original Mayonnaise
  • 60g of Cheddar Cheese, grated
  • 3 Spring Onions 
  1. Cook the potatoes in boiling water for 20 minutes.
  2. When they are cooked, mash them up.
  3. Add the milk, Hellmann’s Original Mayonnaise and mustard.
  4. Mix well with the cheddar and spring onions, and serve.
