Spicy Baked Potato Wedges

Serves: 4 
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Cook Time: 50 minutes

  • 1 kg of Potatoes
  • 4 Tbsp. (60 ml) of Hellmann's Light Mayonnaise
  • 1 Garlic Clove, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp. (15 ml) of Fresh Rosemary and Oregano, chopped
  • 7.5 ml of Paprika 
  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C.
  2. Mix Hellmann's Light Mayonnaise with the garlic and herbs. 
  3. Add the paprika and season with a little pepper.
  4. Cut the potatoes into wedges and stir the in the Hellmann's Light Mayonnaise mixture.
  5. Bake for 45 to 50 minutes in a preheated oven, until golden, stirring half way through.
  6. Serve with some delicious grilled meat of your choice.
