- 1 kg of Potatoes
- 4 Tbsp. (60 ml) of Hellmann's Light Mayonnaise
- 1 Garlic Clove, chopped
- 1 Tbsp. (15 ml) of Fresh Rosemary and Oregano, chopped
- 7.5 ml of Paprika
- Preheat the oven to 200°C.
- Mix Hellmann's Light Mayonnaise with the garlic and herbs.
- Add the paprika and season with a little pepper.
- Cut the potatoes into wedges and stir the in the Hellmann's Light Mayonnaise mixture.
- Bake for 45 to 50 minutes in a preheated oven, until golden, stirring half way through.
- Serve with some delicious grilled meat of your choice.
