Carrot & Potato Mash

Serves: 4 
Prep Time: 20 minutes
Cook Time: 25 minutes



  1. Peel and wash the potatoes, and cut them into quarters. 
  2. Finely slice the carrots and chop the onions. 
  3. Cook the potatoes, carrots and the onions together in a big pan with water.
  4. Bring to the boil, cover the pan with a lid and cook for 20 minutes.
  5. Drain and put back over a low heat for a few minutes more.
  6. Add the Hellmann's Original Mayonnaise and mash all of the ingredients together until smooth, then season with some pepper.
